Hubei Jinlong New Materials Co., Ltd was established in 1988. It has been specialized in PVC tarpaulin materials and industry textile materials for 25 years. In 2004, Hubei Jinlong became the pointed production enterprise for tarpaulin cover materials of truck and train by the Chinese Railway of Ministry. In 2010, Hubei Jinlong became the pointed production enterprise for relief tent by Chinese Civil Affairs Ministry. In 1999, Hubei Jinlong began to import production lines for PVC flex banner and became one of the earliest enterprise for flex banner production.In 2010, the factory spent 200million importing high technology and production equipment for PVC film calendar, fabric weaving, coating and laminating producing from Italy, Germany and Taiwan.
